- comments: observed no hot water at hand washing sinks in pre-k 103 washoom (72. 6f),boys third floor washroom (72. 4f) instructed manager to provide hot water at all hand washing sinks for proper hand washing. Priority 7-38-030(c)
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered n floor along walls and corners in prep, serving, dry food storage, kitchen office, and lounge areas, inside closets in lounge, pre-k 101 and pre-k 103. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed a 1/4" gap on bottom left corner of exit door near kitchen office. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on door to prevent pest entry.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed no attached metal drainboard on 3-compartment sink. Instructed manager to provide drainboard for proper air drying of food equipment and utensils.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed debris on interior and exterior surfaces of rolling carts, shelving units, cabinets in prep and sotrage aeas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed water constantly running at hand washing sinks in second floor girls and boys washrooms. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed excessive clutter and items stored on floor in pre-k closets 101 and 103. Instructed manager to elevate all items off floor for easy cleaning and pest control.
