- comments: observed no valid city of chicago foodservice sanitation manager certificate on site while tcs foods are being served and prepared(bacon, eggs,sausage). Instructed person in charge to obtain city of chicago foodservice sanitation certificate and retain on site for review. Priority foundation 7-38-012. Citation issued.

- comments: observed facility with inadequate plumbing at rear three compartment sink. Observed sewage wastewater backing up from floor drain when water is ran in three-compartment sink onto prep area floor. Instructed person in charge to repair and maintain. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
