- comments: observed no hand washing signs located at the two front hand washing stations. Instructed to provide signs at both stations.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed a build up of dirt, debris and food debris on the floors in the front food service area under and around equipment and under the coffee station area under the machines. Instructed to clean and maintain all areas as a means of preventing possible pest and or insect activity.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: observed continued non compliance from inspection report #2608947 with the correct by date of 3/11/2025 the following violations are as follows: violation #38 6-202. 15 observed opening in middle at base of front entrance double doors. Observed opening at left base of rear right exit double door. Instructed to seal all outer openings to prevent pest entrance. Violation #47 4-501. 11 observed damaged gaskets on left(right side) and right(left side) doors of large two door refrigerator in rear prep area. Instructed to repair or replace damaged gaskets on both doors of large two door refrigerator in rear prep and maintain. Violation #56 6-304. 11 observed no mechanical ventilation installed in employee washroom. Instructed to install mechanicall ventilation in employee washroom, mechanical ventilation of sufficient capacity shall be provided as required by law. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
