Certified manager sheila cebrero arrived on site at 10:35am. Instructed to maintain a certified manager on site at all times while open and operating. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012. Citation issued.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered trash receptacle in women's toilet room at time of inspection. Instructed to provide.
