- comments: 5-103. 11(b) observed inadequate hot water at multiple sinks in the food prep areas; at the beginning of the inspection, hot water ranged from 86f-90f at the 3-compartment sink and 2 front food prep area hand washing sinks. Hot water was at 50f at the men's toilet room hand washing sink. Instructed to maintain adequate hot water at all times at all sinks, hot water must maintain 100f at all hand washing sinks and 110f at the 3 compartment sink at all times. By the end of the inspection, adequate hot water (100f at the hand washing sinks and 110f at the 3-compartment sink) was restored to the 3-compartment sink and said hand washing sinks. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-030(c).
