Report date: Feb 25, 202510. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hand sink in food preparation/line area. Hand sink has been removed. Instructed to re-install handsink with hot and cold running water in prep/line area. Also in baskin robbins prep area, observed 3 compartment sink, a rinse sink and no hand sink available. Instructed to install hand sink at the said area. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030 (c) citation issued.

- comments: observed food and non food boxes stored on floor. Instructed manager, food and non food items must be store 6" off the floor to prevent contamination and for easy access on cleaning

- comments: instructed to clean and maintain condenser fan cover with dust accumulation inside the walk-in cooler.

- comments: instructed to clean and maintain floors with dried food debris and dust along the walls and in all corners in prep area (dunkin/baskin), especially under and behind cooking equipment, rear storage area and inside the walk-in cooler.
