- comments: observed no certified city of chicago food service sanitation manager on duty at the time of inspection while time temperature control for safety, tcs, foods are prepared/handled, stored and served. Certified food manager, monica vazquez, arrived on site at approximately 2:40pm. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-012. Citation issued.

- comments: 3-304. 14 observed wiping cloth stored improperly on prep table in rear prep area. Instructed to store properly in a sanitizing solution between usage.
43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: 3-304. 12 observed in-use utensils stored improperly on prep area table near the drive-thru. Instructed to store properly between usage.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: 6-501. 16 observed mops stored/drying improperly at the mop sink area. Instructed to store/dry properly with mophead mounted in the upright position between usage.
