- comments: observed a torn door gaskets inside of the 3 door prep coolers in kitchen prepn areas. Instructed to replace the torn door gaskets and to maintain.

- comments: observed outside waste grease container not maintained; with excessive grease spillage onto exterior side brick wall and ground floor throughout waste grease storage area. Instructed to detail clean and maintain waste grease container at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b), citation issued.
