- comments: noted employees drinking and preparing food in the kitchen prep area. Instructed management to provide a designated area for employees to drink and eat and not at the prep areas.

- comments: noted no soap at the hand washing sink by the exit door. Instructed to have soap and paper towels at all hand washing sinks. Priority foundation violation#7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: noted clogged hand wash sink (water not draining at all) at the hand washing sink by the dishwashing machine area. Discussed with the manager that all hand wash sinks must be maintained at all times. Priority foundation violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued. Consolidated with above citation.
