- comments: no certified food manager on duty nor city of chicago sanitation certificate on-site when tcs food is prepared and served (chicken, potatoes etc). Instructed to have a certified food manager on site with the original city of chicago food sanitation certificate at all times. Also, the person in charge must have a city of chicago certificate by the next inspection (upon being inspected) priority foundation violation 7-38-012. Citation issued.

- comments: noted assorted food items inside refrigeration units not properly labeled. Instructed to properly label all food items with product name, including bulk food containers.

- comments: noted knives stored at the fire extinguisher equipment by the 2 compartment sink. Instructed to remove, clean, and store in a knife rack of clean storage area to prevent contamination.
