One live roach under prep table. Five live roaches under triple sink on wall. One live roach under dish machine. More than 20 live roaches under hand sink on cookline. Three live roaches on wall near dry storage room. One live roach on wheel under oven. **Time Extended** - From follow-up inspection 2022-09-16: Seven live roaches in wheel under oven. One live roach under hand sink on cookline. Seven live roaches around gaskets of reach in cooler. Four live roaches in wheel under reach in cooler. One live roach on wall under dish machine. Four live roaches on wall near clean dishes. One live roach on floor near convection oven. One live roach under prep table at cookline. Pest control company is onsite during this inspection.
