Inspectors found significant food safety violations during the inspection. They observed about 25 mouse droppings on the floor behind deep freezers in the rear area, and a citation was issued. A previously cited violation had also not been corrected: a food service manager was on site without the required allergen training. A citation was issued for the repeat issue.

Additional findings included ice buildup inside a rear deep freezer, debris or spills on storage shelves, prep tables, and ledges in the kitchen, and floors that needed detailed cleaning along walls, in corners, and inside the walk-in cooler.
