- comments: observed no hand washing sign or posters near hand washing sink in rear food preparation area. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed wiping cloths store on top of prep tables in food preparation areas.

- comments: observed ice scoops store on top of ice machines in rear food preparation/dishwashing area. Must properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in use.

- comments: observed a torn door gasket in front prep 2-door cooler located in front food preparation area. Must repair the torn door gasket and maintain.
