- comments: still observed an infestation of appx. 150 or more mice droppings scattered throughout premises such as in liquor counter area-on floor under and around liquor shelving units. Bottle liquor on sales floor. Rear hall way-on floor next to conveyor belt,inside of storage closet along wall bases. One unused walk in coolers-on floor under,around,along wall bases ,pallets and shelving units. Rear prep area-under,around,along wall bases of 3- compartment sink & hand sink. Basement-under,around,along wall bases under & on between pallets and floor,mixed in with mounds of dirt,bricks,compressor unit. Must clean and sanitize areas. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 12/4/23. (priority 7-38-020(a)
