- comments: observed bed behind cooler/behind front counter and employee personal items on shelves behind front counter. All such items are unnecessary to the operation of the establishment and must be removed from premises.

- comments: previous core violations from 1/4/24 report 2587608 not corrected: 47 4-501. 12: **c** cutting surfaces cutting board at prep line heavily stained and with deep, dark grooves. Instd to replace cutting board and maintain 49 4-601. 11(c): (c) nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Exterior and underneath flat top grills, legs and wheels of all cooking equipment, interior of fryers, storage shelves through out, and all countertops not clean, excessive debris and grease accumulation. Instd to detail clean all and maintain 55 6-201. 11: **c** floors, walls, and ceilings- cleanability worn floor tile grout lines through out prep areas and warewashing areas causing excessive debris in lines. Instd to re grout floor so as to be smooth, even, easily cleanable and to prevent debris accumulation in grout lines 55 6-501. 12: **c** cleaning, frequency and restrictions floor under and behind, around legs and wheels of all cooking equipment not clean, heavy accumulation of grease/grime. Instd to detail clean and maintain 56 4-301. 14: **c** ventilation hood systems, adequacy single burner connected gas stove without ventilation.
