- comments: the following not clean- observed accumulated food debris inside microwaves, food debris on prep area shelves, food build up inside prep area coolers and coolers rubber door gaskets, food build up on prep area coolers door rails. Must clean all equipment and maintain.

- comments: no food handler training certificates on premises. Instructed manager all food handlers must be certified with names of employees on premises.
