- comments: 5-103. 11(b) observed inadequate hot water at the 3 compartment sink, at the time of the inspection hot water at the 3 compartment sink was only reaching 100f. Instructed to maintain 110f at the 3 compartment sink at all times. Manager adjusted the hot water temperature and by the end of the inspection hot water at the 3 compartment sink was maintaining 110f. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-030(c).
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: 2-102. 13 observed one female food handler without a food handlers certificate. Instructed to meet requirement for all new hires within 30 days of hire.
59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: 8-404. 13 observed previous priority foundation violations not corrected from inspection report #2603443 dated 9/24/24; 38 - 6-501. 111 observed evidence of live insect activity in the food prep area. Observed about 5 live large flies, and 10 live small flies flying around the food prep area. Instructed to eliminate live pest activity, clean and sanitize affected areas, and recommended contacting pest control for a service. Priority foundation. 54 - 5-501. 15 observed excessive overflowing outside dumpster at the garbage dumpster. Instructed never to allow outside dumpsters to overflow. Priority foundation. Instructed to correct previous priority foundation violations. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-42-090.
