- comments: 3-301. 11(b) observed bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat foods (avocado and radish) by a male food handler while serving the food to customers. Instructed to discard and denature said tcs foods and never allow bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat foods. Food handler discarded said foods during the inspection. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-010.

- comments: 3-304. 15(b-d) observed food handler not wearing gloves when handling ready to eat foods. Instructed to review when to use gloves with all food handlers.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: 5-501. 15 observed outside dumpsters lid unable to close due to overflowing garbage at the garbage dumpster and lid not properly on the grease dumpster. Instructed to ensure all outside dumpster lids are properly closed at all times. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(b).
