- comments: observed food debris and spills on interior and exterior surfaces of display coolers, prep tables, shelving units, slicer, grinder, cutting boards, sinks in meat, seafood, and deli prep areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed leaking faucets on hand washing sink in seafood prep area and 3-compartment sink in deli. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed no covered waste receptacles in customer and staff women washrooms. Instructed manager to provide.

- comments: observed spills on walls inside walk-in coolers, food debris, spills and litter on floor under all equipment, along walls and in all corners in prep, storage, sales, second floor and basement areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
