Report date: May 6, 202510. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hand washing soap at the hand washing sink in the fish department. Instructed to provide and keep at all times for proper hand washing. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of pest activity in the following areas: approx 20-30 droppings along the wall in behind the racks in the rear produce area. . . Approx 20-25 droppings along the wall at the soda storage area. . . Approx 15-20 droppings behind the oven unit in the deli area. . . Approx 20-30 droppings in the basement conference room closet and corner next to the closet. Instructed to clean all areas, contact pest control and have service with proof of service by the return inspection date of 5/13/2025. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed the knife drying rack in the fish department with a build up of dirt and dust, also coming loose from the wall. Instructed to clean, maintain and repair.

- comments: observed the small cutting board in the fish department with a deep groove on one side and deep cutting lines on both sides. Instructed to replace.

- comments: observed the reach in cooling units in the rear deli area with a build up of debris on the bottom bases of all units. Instructed to clean and maintain all.

- comments: observed a leak at the drain pipe under the three compartment sink in the rear produce area. Instructed to repair and maintain in good working order.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed the following areas with a build up of dirt, dust and or debris on floors under shelving and or around equipment and or tables: the floor and wall in the produce prep area. . . The floor in the rear storage area along the wall and under shelving. . . The floor behind the hobart meat grinder in the meat area. Instructed to clean and maintain all areas.

- comments: observed the floors in the walk in produce area, the dairy walk in and the walk in located in the basement with a build up of dirt, spillage and debris. Instructed to clean and maintain all areas.

- comments: observed the fan vents in the following areas with a build up of dust: the meat prep area and walk in freezer. . . The dairy walk in unit. . . As well as the middle vent fan guard hanging where the five vents are located. Instructed to clean, maintain and repair.
