- comments: observed tcs ready-to-eat foods from an unapproved source such as 9 lbs. Banana & strawberry puddings. 2lbs. Taffy grapes on display for sale. The product was discarded by the manager. - comments: observed evidence of appx. 15 mice droppings on shelving units, floor underneath rear storage shelving unit, along wall base near electrical panel. Also evidence of appx. 30 or more live small flies on walls and flying around both toilet rooms. Must remove droppings and clean and sanitize areas; recommended to have a pest control operator treat premises on or after 11/7/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
