- comments: 6-501. 111 : observed evidence of appx. 100 or more mice and rat droppings on floor under dish storage rack,on & under food display shelves,under crates in rear dry food & paper storage,hot water tank area,toilet room,front service counter and basement amongst massive amount of clutter. Also evidence of 2- dead decayed rats in basement. Must remove dead rodents,rat & mice droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/12/25. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
