- comments: noted milk crates being used as shelving in the walk-in coolers. Must remove and provide shelving, free of unnecessary crevices and easily cleanable.

- comments: found sticky residue build up on the gaskets of the basement chest freezer used for storing shot glasses. Must clean and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed the right sink (1 out of 3) in the women's washroom without hot water. Instructed to provide hot water at 100f at all handwash sinks. Must provide. Management adjusted the sink at the inspection time, and it now provides water at 100f.
