- comments: no ingredient labels were provided on the frozen desserts in the display cooler. Management instructed that all prepackaged foods must include an ingredient label with all required information.

48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed the 3-compartment sink with a faucet that doesn't reach the left or right compartments of the sink. Management instructed to install a faucet which can be used to fill all 3 compartments of the sink. Priority foundation violation 7-38-025. Citation issued.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: clean the interior of the 2 door freezer in the food prep area and the baker's stainless steel prep table in the middle of the food prep area.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed the men's customer washroom door without a self-closing door device. Management instructed to install.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed the floor buckling between the seams of the 2nd floor walk-in cooler. Management instructed to repair.
