- comments: observed no consumer advisory reminder and disclosure on the menu. Instructed manager to provide. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 no citation issued.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed inadequate wastewater disposal in the basement of the facility. When water is drained in one compartment of the 3-compartment sink, another compartment floods. When water drains from the 3-compartment sink, wastewater also floods to the floor from the grease trap; it was observed that the mop sink in the basement is unable to drain. Instructed manager to service grease trap, 3-compartment sink, and mop sink. The technician arrived on site to clean the grease trap and remedy all wastewater violations. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
