Thursday I ate a sandwich from there that was chicken with lettuce bacon Mayo and tomato on wheat bread and there red medicine drink and there morning meditation drink when I got the morning meditation drink I was wonder why it looked weird but I drank most of it I had a few sips of the red medicine and I ate the whole sandwich later that night I had severe diarrhea it’s been 3 days and still sick and have not ate anything ever since I now can’t keep water down | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
