Cheeseburger Causes Severe Illness - Five Guys, Tarentum Pennsylvania

Sat Sept 21 around 4:30, ate a little cheeseburger with lettuce tomato pickle mustard. A few French fries with ketchup from my husband's small fry. Did not eat the burger bun. And no drink. And didn't finish the whole burger.
Immediately had a stomach ache. Up all night, fever, chills, horrible headache. Several uncontrollable bouts of diarrhea. Still sick. Will be going to urgent care if doesn't stop soon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
