- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on shelves near nacho cheese containers, slicer, seasonings, on floor along walls and corners under and behind cooking equipment, on floor inside furnace room, on chip display rack on shelves under and behind front counter, on floor and ledges near 3-compartment sink, on floor along walls and corners near hot water tank. Observed numerous flying insects in prep, dish washing and storage areas. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed food spills and debris on interior and exterior surfaces of hot holding unit, microwave, counters, shelving units, rolling carts, display racks, prep tables, cooking equipment, coolers, freezers. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed leaking drainpipe under hand washing sink in prep area. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
