- comments: observed trap covered with dead mouse and insects under shelving. Instructed person in charge to remove all dead/trapped pest. Trap was removed voluntarily at time of inspection.

- comments: observed rear exterior door with lower threshhold not securely installed for the prevention of pest. Instructed person in charge to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed approximately 60 mouse droppings scattered throughout rear prep in the following areas; on the side of deli prep cooler,inside pot stored on floor, in mop/utility area along wall, beside shelving along wall. Instructed person in charge to remove all mouse droppings, sanitize all areas, and inform pest control for service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.
