- comments: observed (pic) manager on duty or employee at this time with a valid city of chicago food sanitation certificate posted. Store slicing deli meats etc. Priority foundation issued 7-38-012

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed handwashing facilities not maintained in both men and women washrooms at front of store located by customer service. Observed no hot water at handwashing sinks. Water temperature 72. 0f. Instructed hot water must be a minimium of 100. 0f. Instructed to provide by reinspection in 2- days. Priority violation issued 7-38-030(c).

- comments: observed bakery storage shelves,equipment not clean of debris,etc. Instructed to clean/maintain.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed leaky faucets at 3- compartment sink and hand washing sink in bakery area. Instructed to repair.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed floors not maintain in bakery and meat prep area. Instructed to clean, maintain and keep floors dry.
