- comments: observed approximately 1 inch gap along bottom of garage door in rear storage area. Must repair to make tightfitting to prevent any pest entry.

- comments: observed washbowl sink # 3 (on right) has leak at fauct when turned on in men's restroom. Observed cold water handle missing from faucet of 3 compartment sink in deli. Observed leak at faucet on right side of 3 compartment sink in produce prep. Must repair and maintain all.

- comments: observed gap between sink and wall in employee restroom in rear. Must secure sink (grout, etc. ) to wall. Must repair and maintain. Observed damaged or missing floor tiles in employee restroom in rear. Must repair/replace.

- comments: observed excessive dust accumulation on fan covers in ceiling of produce prep and inside walk in cooler (produce). Must clean and sanitize. Must maintain same.
