Breakfast Burrito Illness - Fountain Cafe, Monterey California

I happened to eat here in the hospital in Monterey. I had the breakfast burritos and coffee as well as a slice of cheese cake. All day yesterday after eating this food I have been extremely sick. I'm sweating and have difficulty breathing. I'm dry heaving and have severe stomach pains and diarrhea. I didn't eat anything else since eating at this Cafe.
The burritos had ham and eggs and a green salsa. I am a grown man and this episode has me in extreme pain with tears in my eyes. . I am contemplating on possibly going to the emergency department. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain, Fever, Other
