- comments: observed no handwashing sinks in classrooms in preschool annex building where meals are received, held and served. Instructed to provide a fully stocked handwashing sinks in all classrooms where meals are served according to food code standards. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-030(c). No citation issued.

- comments: observed handsink faucets in annex building girl's washroom not properly maintain with hot water running longer than 15 seconds. Instructed to increase timer of hot water to ensure faucet is providing a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucet.

- comments: observed loose debris, dirt and dust buildup in the corners throughout the prep and dining area. Instructed to detail clean and maintain at all times.
