Lunch Illness: Rice or Meat? - Fresh Kitchen, Tampa Florida

I got very sick after eating lunch on Monday 02/02, around 1:30pm. I had a bowl with brown rice, sweet potato noodles, bbq chicken, broccoli, and holy kale sauce. My guess is the rice may have been left out for too long allowing bacteria to grow. Or raw meat may have been touched? Everything tasted normal. About 1-2 hrs after consuming, I became violently ill & that lasted a few hours | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
