- comments: 6-501. 111 observed approximately 15 live cockroaches on top of and inside of the electrical control box on top of the low temperature dish machine in the basement dish washing area. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority violation 7-38-020(a).

- comments: 4-602. 13 clean the interior of the deep fryers with grease deposits inside of them. Clean the exterior and interior of the basement low temperature dish machine including all hoses with grease deposits. Clean the can opener blade and housing located in the basement food prep area.
