On 28 February 2022 at approximately. 1430 I dined there. My entree was shrimp, fried rice and vegetables that included broccoli and carrots. At about 1700 I started experiencing gastrointestinal issues including nausea / vomiting and watery stools which resulted in excessive fluid loss. At approximately 0100 I was needing to use the bathroom again. On my way to the restroom I experienced syncope due to the amount of fluids excreted. The fall resulted to a severe laceration of my lower lip and injury to my jaw. I presented to the Emergency Room at approximately 0130. Facial X-rays and CT of brain were both negative. I continue to experience moderate pain from the injury to the facial area. I am a retired Registered nurse who was the director of an operating room for many years. Since my unfortunate experience there I have known another incident of food poisoning that occurred at that location. Please investigate. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas
