- comments: the following previous core violation from report #2528585 on 08/26/21 was not corrected-#49 4-602. 13. The following needs detailed cleaning: all cooler and freezer units with grimes at interior of unit, excess water at bottom shelves, rubber gasket with accumulation of food and black slime, also must clean interior of dishmachine upper part. Instructed manager said the previous core violation must be corrected by the date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
