- comments: observed no city of chicago certified food manager on site upon arrival while tcs foods were prepared and served. The certified food manager arrived on site approximately 1 hour after the inspection began. Instructed manager to ensure a certified food manager is on site at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012 citation issued.

- comments: observed cream cheese held at an improper temperature of 48 f. Instructed manager to ensure all tcs foods are held at 41 f and below. The manager discarded 8 pounds of cream cheese ($50), and a priority violation 7-38-005 citation was issued.

- comments: observed 12 rodent droppings in the basement boiler room. Instructed manager to service all areas affected by pests. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.
