- comments: observed packaged food items (cakes, desserts, doughnuts, salads, dips, etc. ) with no allergen information provided on the ingredient label. Management instructed to list all allergens on the ingredient labels for all packaged foods in the retail area. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: clean the interior of the sushi 2 door upright prep cooler in the rear sushi prep area, stainless steel storage shelves behind the ramen prep area, microwave, grill and deep fryers in the grill prep area, 1 door grill prep cooler, and equipment storage and spice racks storage shelves.
