- comments: 5-103. 11(b) observed inadequate hot water throughout the facility, at the time of the inspection hot water at the 3 compartment sink measured 78f, hot water at the prep area hand washing sinks measured 80f and the hot water at the toilet room hand washing sink only measured 48f. Instructed to restore hot water and always maintain hot water at 110f at the 3 compartment sink and 100f at the hand washing sinks at all times. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-030(c).
