High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 1 fly at the bar.
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in the cook line upright reach-in cooler, closest to the office, gator tail 50°, chicken 51°,chicken 50°, fish 47°. All were iced top and bottom, and placed in the walk-in freezer. Each item dropped 3° in 6 minutes. They were left in the freezer until reaching 41° or below. **Corrective Action Taken**
