- comments: observed no garbage can with lid in staff south toilet room must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed 2- of the 3 outside garbage dumpster lids are damaged and all lids are wide open. Must repair or replace lids to be tight fitting and keep lids closed. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b)
