- comments: observed no handwashing signage posted near hand washing sink in the unisex employee/customer washroom. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed improper cold holding temperatures of tcs foods inside of the walk-in cooler. Lentils 53. 3f, chilli chicken 57. 7f, chicken curry 48. 9f, cooked chicken alu mazala 57. 2f, yogurt 50. 5f, potatoes salad 50. 3f. Chicken boti at 57. 1f. Raw chichen 49. 2f manager immediately and voluntarily discarded aproximately 126lbs of food value of $400 priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: observed the air temperature of walk-in cooler at 48. 9f during inspection. Instructed to repair cooler and must maintain temperature of 41. Of or below at all times. Walk-in cooler tagged held for inspecton by the chicago department of public health and may not be used until walk-in cooler is re-inspected by cdph and maintains a proper cold holding temperature of 41. 0f or below. Once repair fax or email to cdphfood@cityofchicago. Org. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: observed bulk food storage container not properly labeled in rear food storage area. Must properly label food storage containers and maintain.
