- comments: observed approximately 5 lbs tcs food of ground pork sausage at improper cold temp of 52. 4f. Instructed the person in charge that all cold-held food must be at 42f or below. Pic voluntarily discarded and denatured 5 lbs of pork sausage at $35. Priority violation #7-38-005. Citation issued
