- comments: observed open cooked rice stored inside grocery bags in walk-in cooler and hot holding unit. Instructed manager to remove grocery bags provide proper food storage bags and containers for storage.

- comments: observed 3-compartment sink not large enough for immersion of largest food equipment and utensils. Instructed manager to install larger 3-compartment sink or provide smaller food equipment and utensils. Priority foundation 7-38-025 citation issued

- comments: observed soiled ceiling tiles, light sheilds, dust builudp on ceiling vents in prep area. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
