On Friday, 02/16/2018 between 6:15pm to 6:30pm, I had Mahi-Mahi Tacos, a cup of mushroom soup and sweet potato fries. I was still at the place when I started getting dizzy/nauseated, ate only one of the tacos , half of the fries and half of the bowl of mushroom. I went to the bathroom beside the coffee shop and there I started vomiting; decided to go home since I did not feel good, I walked to Embarcadero Bart Station which is about 2 blocks trying hard not to faint and trow up; when I got in the station I started vomiting again and this time I had the diarrhea which I couldn't control and keep vomiting like it was not going to stop; one woman keep asking me if I'm okay and I think she went to get help. The SFO train came; I did not seat down since I can feel the diarrhea allover my pants. Instead of getting off at Balboa Park, I got off at Daly City Bart to call my brother to pick me up. Good thing my brother had newspaper in his car, so I can seat down. The vomiting, diarrhea continued throughout the night and started feeling feverish in the early morning. FYI...When my daughter got home, I told her what's going on and she said if it happened right away that's definitely food poising and I should report it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Fever
