- comments: previous priority foundation violation from 11/12/25 not corrected, report #2626925. Violation #38 over 150 mouse droppings found under grill in kitchen and on floor in basement in both sections of basement. Instructed to remove all droppings and have pest control company service prior to reinspection. New receipt from pest control must have a date of today or later. Violation #47 cutting board on prep table in need of replacing due to deep groves and stains. Rubber gaskets on reach in cooler doors need replacing. Violation #49 instructed to clean the exterior surfaces of cooking equipment. Violations remain priority violation 7-42-090.
