Unsanitary Practices at Resort - Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort, Punta Cana La Altagracia

Whilst staying in this hotel I have witnessed a member of the bar staff pour a drink from the cold drinks dispenser give it to a guest, watch the guest drink part then pour the same drink back into the machine once the guest said he didn't want it, this guest have cold sores around the mouth and that drink would have been infected, the bar staff then proceeded to serve drinks from that machine to other guests. On another occasion I witnessed a staff member drop a cake on the floor in the cafe and then pick it back up and place it back on the shelf for someone to eat. I've also seen chefs in the kitchens on their phones and with earphones in whilst handling food as well as many not wearing hair nets. I've also seen many times things have been labeled as suitable for nut allergies and chefs using the same utensils as items with nuts while handling them.
