- comments: observed inadequate waste water disposal inside 3 compartment sink in prep area. Water is backing up into the wash and sanitize compartments. Must repair and maintain 3 compartment sink. Priority. 7-38-030(c). Citaiton issued.

- comments: observed no covered waste receptacles inside women's washroom. Must provide.
