10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed the 1st floor dish area handwashing sink with a hot water temperature above 120f. The water temperature is at 140f. The cold water handle on the sink is broken. Management instructed us to repair and maintain all handwashing sinks with a hot water temperature between 100-120f. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed the soda gun holder located closest to the kitchen in the first floor bar missing a drain hose. Must provide and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: found the dipper well located next to the salad station in the 1st floor prep area in disrepair and unable to provide water. Instructed to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed floor tiles needing grout in the 1st floor dish area. Instructed management to re-grout floor tiles and maintain them.

- comments: unable to locate and verify allergen training certificates for all city of chicago food managers. Must provide and maintain.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: observed a previous core violation from 8/22/2019 report #2305110 not corrected: violation #55 (6-501. 114) observed excessive clutter in the storage/employee-only area. Must remove all unnecessary items and organize unused equipment and miscellaneous. Must maintain. Must correct previous core violations. Priority foundation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
